VARAIPADAM is offered free while in beta. Features, limits and availability may change or stop at any time, including the number of plan generations allowed each day.

Plans, drawings, 3D models, Vastu notes and downloads are concept designs for discussion. They are not construction drawings, are not prepared or checked by a licensed architect or engineer, and are not suitable for building approval as they are.

• Verify every dimension on site.
• Have the structure designed by a qualified engineer.
• Check your local building bylaws, setbacks and approval rules.
• Vastu guidance is general and traditional; consult a practitioner if it matters to you.

Layouts are suggested with the help of AI and an automatic planner. They can contain mistakes; review them carefully before relying on them.

You may use the plans and files you create for your own home and share them with your family, architect, engineer or builder.

• Do not try to get around the daily limits, overload the service or access it with automated tools.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service or its software.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, VARAIPADAM is not liable for losses arising from the use of the designs or the service, including construction costs or decisions made using them. Projects are stored in your browser, so keep backups of anything important.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
